Great Customer Service - which you don't find everydayDid not receive (USPS) by the expected date. Email through Amazon to customer was acknowledged quickly plus received a response sooner than expected advising package had been lost or misdirected. Replacement was received within a few days of that email.
As far as the product and quality, very cute on new grandbaby who has loads of dark hair. My adult daughters also claimed some of the hairbands since I had ordered the package of 12 (even though these indicate baby girl - they have alot of give). Please note these are woven so there is a bit of texture. If you are looking for a smooth material, this may not be the one for you. Flowers, hair clips or bows can be added to dress them up when needed. So adorable on a baby or little girl.
Wide color range easy to match or use to make a color pop in baby girl clothing.
Give them a try, I think you will be pleased with the quality and price. The bands look well made and like they will hold up to use (in our household, they are usually lost before they wear out. With the number of bands and price - I think this is a good deal.

Great product, but requires maintenanceSo I got my speck case right when it was released, opened the box, and put it on my macbook pro. First I was disappointed that it did not come with a cloth to clean the device but i have several so I grabbed one that I had to clean off my computer. Everything works well the charger can go in either way and works perfectly. Protects like a charm. Only problem is that about once a week you need to remove the case, can be a pain, and clean out the debris that gets inside or else you will end up getting small scratches on the aluminum case of your macbook
